This Blog was created for students of THY to get an idea of what we're talking about and working on in class each week. The goal is to provide an overview of the week's theme with perhaps a few words about what we worked with in hopes to spark a broader view of Yoga and the value of your practice. As for more details about postures in a home practice (between classes), I am completing my book, Home Yoga, which will provide a number of poses and how to sequence them in a creative manner.
